Rezoning Compliance Certificate : Section 16(1)(x) Certificate confirming compliance with the conditions of approval of a rezoning application prior to the adoption and coming into operation of the new/ amended land use rights.
Subdivision / Consolidation Compliance Certificate : Section 16 (12)(d) Certificate confirming compliance with the conditions of approval of a consolidation/ subdivision application prior to the approval of the consolidation/ subdivision diagram by the Surveyor-General and the registration thereof by the Register of Deeds.
Sectional Title Compliance Certificate : Section 28(9) Certificate that permits the opening and registration of a sectional title scheme or the extension thereof.
Permission to Register / Cancel a Servitude : Section 28(1) Certificate that permits the registration and/or cancellation of a servitude or servitudes.
